Updating your home pharmacy and adding Favorite pharmacies

To change your home pharmacy, please log in the mobile app. Once you're logged in, click on the side bar to bring up the menu and then select Find a Store.

If you already have a pharmacy assigned, you may see more than one store show up on the Find a Store page.

If there is a house icon next to the store, that means it is the original store where your prescriptions are filled at. If there is a star icon, that means the store is your new home pharmacy.

If you still have prescriptions at the original store with the house icon, you may need to call them and ask them to transfer the remaining refills to your new home pharmacy. You can check which store the prescriptions are filled at by exiting out of the Find a Store page and returning to your Prescriptions list. The pharmacy should show under 'Rx Details' when you select a prescription. If it is not visible in the mobile app, you can go to the website.
